We only collect what you choose to give us through the contact form, WhatsApp or email:
We do not collect sensitive data as defined in Article 5 of Law 1581 of 2012 — health records, racial or ethnic origin, political views, religious beliefs, biometric data, sexual orientation or union membership. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. We will not send you marketing messages without your explicit consent.
When you tick the consent box on the contact form and submit it, you give us prior, express and informed authorisation to process your data as described here. That authorisation is recorded alongside your enquiry.
We rely on a small number of providers that may store information on servers outside Colombia. Each acts as a data processor and is bound by its own privacy commitments and recognised security standards:
These transfers are made under Article 26 of Law 1581 of 2012, as part of delivering the service you requested.
We use Google Analytics to understand in aggregate how the site is used — how many people visit, which sections they read, what devices they use. This measurement is statistical and does not identify you personally. You can block these cookies through your browser settings or Google's opt-out add-on, with no effect on how the site works.
Article 8 of Law 1581 of 2012 gives you the right to access, update, correct and delete your data, to withdraw consent, to request proof that you gave it, to be told how your data has been used, to access it free of charge, and to file a complaint with Colombia's Superintendency of Industry and Commerce.
To exercise these rights, write to [email protected] with your name, a contact address for our reply, and your request. The legal response times are ten (10) business days for enquiries and fifteen (15) for formal complaints, under Articles 14 and 15 of the same law.
We keep your data while our working relationship is active or while it remains necessary for the purposes above. Once that ends, we keep it only as long as legal, accounting and tax obligations require, and then delete it.
We apply reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss or alteration. Access is limited to whoever needs it to handle your request.
This policy takes effect in August 2026 and remains in force while Kualiti operates. Any material change will be published on this page with an updated date.
